Order Cancellation Credit

When a seller cancels part or all of your order, The Oblist may issue you a credit to help you find a new piece.

What is an Order Cancellation Credit?

If a seller is unable to fulfill your order (for example, if the item was sold to another client or is no longer available), you may receive a credit as an apology. This credit can be applied to your next order on The Oblist.

Credit Terms

Amount

The credit amount is calculated based on the value of the cancelled items:

- 5% of the cancelled order value

- Minimum: €10 / $10 / £10

- Maximum: €50 / $50 / £50

Validity

- The credit expires 4 days after issue

- You must place a new order before the expiration date

- The credit cannot be extended

Usage

- The credit is issued as a unique discount code (e.g., `SORRY-ABC123`)

- Enter the code at checkout to apply the credit

- The code can only be used once

- The code is personal and cannot be transferred to another customer

Minimum Order

- Your new order must meet a minimum purchase amount equal to the credit value

- For example, a €20 credit requires a minimum order of €20

Combinations

- The credit cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions

- It can be used on any product in our catalog

How to Use Your Credit

1. Browse our collection and add items to your cart

2. At checkout, enter your credit code in the "Discount code" field

3. Click "Apply" to see the discount reflected in your total

4. Complete your purchase before the credit expires

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund instead of a credit?

Yes, when a seller cancels your order, you automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method. The credit is an additional gesture of goodwill.

What if I don't use the credit in time?

Unfortunately, expired credits cannot be reinstated. We encourage you to explore our collection and find a new piece before the expiration date.


Can I use the credit on multiple orders?

No, the credit code can only be used once. Any unused portion of the credit will be forfeited.


Why did the seller cancel my order?

Sellers may cancel orders for various reasons, including:

- The item was sold to another client

- The item is no longer available

- The item was damaged

- Inventory discrepancy, etc.
The seller's specific reason is included in your cancellation email.
