Free shipping applies once your order total reaches:
All Europe (27 countries): 350€
United Kingdom: 450€
Switzerland: 500€
United States & Canada: 650€
United Arab Emirates & Singapore: 1,100€
Australia: 1,200€
For other destinations, free shipping isn't available yet — your exact delivery price is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Which pieces qualify
Free shipping covers pieces that ship from our European ateliers, or domestically — when the piece is already in your own country (for example, a New York atelier shipping within the United States).
Pieces traveling from other regions (Asia, the Americas, Oceania… to another continent) don't qualify: international freight for these journeys is priced individually, and you'll see the exact cost at checkout — calculated for your address, tracked door-to-door.
Furniture and large items
Free shipping doesn't apply to furniture or large items — pieces that require freight handling because of their weight or size (this includes light but bulky pieces, like a rolled tapestry or an oversized floor lamp). These always show their own delivery price, or a personal quote from our team for exceptional pieces.
Mixed orders
Your order can combine both: pieces that qualify ship free, the others show their delivery price — the breakdown at checkout tells you exactly what applies to each piece, and when it will arrive.
Good to know
Thresholds refer to your order total, in euros (or the equivalent in your currency).
Every delivery — free or paid — is tracked door-to-door.
If we can't give you a firm price at checkout, delivery is simply not charged at checkout: our team confirms a personal quote within 72 hours, and nothing ships before you've approved it.
