Free shipping can apply to eligible consumer orders. Eligibility depends on the destination, the total cart value, where each piece ships from, its category and its packed weight. The checkout calculation is the source of truth for a specific cart.
Current order-value thresholds
The current thresholds are:
Eligible European destinations: €350
United Kingdom: €450
Switzerland: €500
United States and Canada: €650
United Arab Emirates and Singapore: €1,100
Australia: €1,200
Thresholds use the cart total in euros or its converted equivalent. They may change, so always rely on the result shown at checkout.

Which pieces can qualify
Reaching the cart threshold does not make every piece free. A group can qualify only when:
it ships from an eligible European origin or travels domestically within its origin country;
neither the origin nor destination is an excluded overseas territory;
it is not classified as furniture; and
each piece remains below the platform's freight-size limit, based on the greater of actual and volumetric packed weight.
Furniture, oversized pieces and freight-sized items keep their paid delivery price or custom-quote flow even when the cart reaches a threshold.
Mixed orders
A cart can contain both free and paid delivery groups. Eligible pieces can ship free while furniture, oversized pieces or non-eligible routes retain their delivery charge. The checkout breakdown shows the result per seller or shipment group.
When no firm price is available
If the platform cannot provide a reliable firm rate at checkout, the order displays a custom shipping quote instead of charging an invented amount. Our team aims to confirm the final quote within 72 hours, and the shipment does not proceed until the required shipping approval or payment is complete.
Good to know
Free shipping applies to the eligible shipping group, not automatically to the whole cart.
Customs duties and import taxes are separate from delivery eligibility.
Free or paid shipments should still have valid tracking once dispatched.
The destination, packed dimensions, weight and seller origin must be accurate for checkout to calculate the correct result.
