Our vendors generally aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours.

The estimated shipping time indicates when the item will depart from our warehouse. For instance, if an item shows "Delivery between Tuesday, January 24 and Monday, January 30," it will leave the vendor's warehouse 2-3 business days after you place your order. While vendors strive to ship every order promptly, personalized, custom-configured, or highly popular items may require longer shipping times. Occasionally, after confirming shipping and delivery times, we may discover that we cannot fulfill the order due to low product availability. In such rare cases, we will notify you via email of the new shipping and delivery times.

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email. This email will contain details such as the carrier's name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date. You can track your package by clicking on the tracking number provided in The Oblist online Order Status or by entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.
