How can I track my return order ?

You can follow your return from start to finish in the portal — no Waybill, no separate account needed.

  1. Enter your order number and the email on your order.

  2. Open "Your requests" to see the status of each piece:

    • Awaiting shipment — print/drop off your prepaid label, or add your own tracking number.

    • In transit — on its way back to the brand or our partner.

    • Received / Inspected — we've got it and we're checking it.

    • Resolved — your refund, store credit or exchange has been actioned.

If you used a prepaid label, you can re-open it anytime from "Your requests" to print it again or check the drop-off deadline. If you shipped with your own carrier, add the tracking number there so we can follow the parcel.
