Damaged items:

If your order arrives with damaged contents, please notify our Customer Service team.

In the event of damaged contents, The Oblist will promptly contact the carrier to address the issue with minimal inconvenience to you. We will keep you updated on the progress of our investigation and, if necessary, provide a replacement product.

If you encounter any issues with your new product or suspect it is defective, please report it to us immediately.

Lost packages :

If your parcel takes a long time to arrive, you can check the tracking information sent to you at the time of shipment to verify the status of your order. You can find it in your account.

If you see that there is a problem with the carrier (ex : need to verify the address, parcel is stuck in the same place for a while), please contact us and we will get in touch with the carrier directly.
