Can I return my order ?

We hope you will be fully satisfied with your order. However, if you wish to make a return, please review the following conditions:

  • Return fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is shipped from a different economic zone, customs duties or other import taxes may apply and will also be borne by the customer.

  • Product condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. If a returned item is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or to refuse the refund altogether, depending on the condition of the item upon receipt.

  • Shipping deadline: Once the return label has been provided, the package must be shipped within 7 calendar days. After this period, the return may be refused.

  • Shipping costs : If any shipping fees were paid to receive the item being returned, please note that these shipping costs are non-refundable.


We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. You must submit your return request by clicking on the link below :

Please note that the return policy for each item is mentioned at the bottom of the product page.

Please be aware that if you have paid customs duties to receive your package and are seeking a refund for those charges, this must be handled directly with the carrier or your local tax authority. Neither The Oblist nor the seller is able to refund customs fees.

Returned items must comply with our return policy:

  • Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with any tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned.

  • Household products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created for your order, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. In this particular case, you must inform us within 72h after receiving your order.

We are not able to accept returns of large vintage furnitures including for exemple : table, chair, sofa, armchair... If you have any questions, contact us.

We are not able to accept returns of certain items (for example, home fragrances, aerosols, spray receptacles, essential oil) containing materials or ingredients that are flammable or pose a risk during the return shipping process. If you have any questions, contact us.

Please be careful when unpacking your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

To create a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your Oblist account or restrict future orders if your return behaviour is in breach of our Returns Policy.
