Once your returned piece reaches the brand or our partner, it's checked and processed within up to 6 calendar days. When your return is accepted, your refund is issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you chose it), excluding any delivery costs. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 14 days to appear on your statement.
